While iPad is the one that floating around in the news, this iPhone OS 3.1.3 update might just slips through. It is consider a minor update as we all probably expect a new iPhone and a major OS upgrade (OS 4.0) hopefully this coming june, but an update is better than nothing, at least when it fixes a few things.
